Clean, well maintained hotel with a comfortable atmosphere.

My room had an uncomfortable bed and thin pillows which made sleep quite hard. There was also a lack of in-room amenities like a kettle or complimentary drinks, and the shower gel's scent was quite off-putting. Additionally, the noise from outside made it difficult to relax peacefully inside my room.

Consider using the staff's late checkout option to maximize your last day in the city, and enjoy a complimentary drink upon arrival.

Loved the fast wifi and proximity to local eats. The bedroom setup suited my needs perfectly and felt like a true home away from home.

Located in a perfect area with easy access to the metro and airport bus stop. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making my stay comfortable.

Soundproofing needs improvement as I often heard outside noise and neighboring rooms. The bed was uncomfortable, detracting from my rest.

Had a solid experience here! Location's super convenient, close to a bunch of cool places. The staff were super friendly and made us laugh. The breakfast had a nice spread, and I loved the bar area for evening chill time. Just wish the mattress had more support, it was a bit too soft for my liking.

The hotel is ideally situated near Plaza España, making it easy to access the aerobus and Fira. There’s also a lovely pedestrian area close by for walking and enjoying gelato. The staff were exceptionally friendly and offered a complimentary drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch.

The mattresses in the rooms could use replacing soon.

I had a great time during my stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had outstanding water pressure. My only small issue was that the room felt a bit smaller than the photos suggested, but overall, I would definitely return.

Friendly staff greeted us warmly at reception, and one even went out of their way to help with my queries. Although the breakfast service was attentive, the breakfast options could benefit from more variety, especially considering the offerings of local products. Unfortunately, we received two separate beds instead of the expected double bed, which wasn't ideal.

The staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, with one receptionist kindly expediting check-in and even treating me to a glass of cava. However, the lack of in-room tea or coffee facilities felt like a missed opportunity, and some noise from the streets was noticeable, which detracted from relaxation. Additionally, the pricing for breakfast seemed high compared to other offerings nearby.

Great staff let us check in early and luggage storage was super convenient. Coffee shop needs better options.
